Best Finance, a national-level Financial Institution, incorporated under the Companies Act of Nepal, has been operating since 2052 B.S. by obtaining operating license from Nepal Rastra Bank, Central Bank of Nepal, as a ‘C’ Class Financial Institution.
The Institution is promoted by a diverse group of promoters, including entrepreneurs engaged in manufacturing, trading, and service industries; professionals from the education sector; Non-Resident Nepalese (NRNs) operating businesses overseas; as well as other eminent Nepali individuals.
Initially, established under the name General Finance Ltd., the Institution was rebranded as Best Finance Company Ltd. in 2074 B.S. as a part of its strategic vision for growth and modernization. With the objective of further strengthening its market presence and enhancing its capital base, it acquired Synergy Finance Ltd. in 2075 B.S., which was formed through the merger of Butwal Finance Ltd.,CMB Finance Ltd.,and Alpic Everest Finance Ltd.
